Manufacturing Engineer

Job Description

Our team is looking for a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to help drive process efficiency, support new program launches, and resolve production challenges. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on manufacturing environment and enjoys analyzing processes, improving workflows, and implementing engineering solutions that support quality, safety, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate and improve manufacturing processes through research, analysis, and testing.

Collaborate with product design teams to ensure designs are optimized for manufacturability.

Develop and implement manufacturing methods, tooling, and equipment.

Support new program launches and resolve tooling or processing issues during development and production.

Implement engineering changes from customers or internal requests.

Analyze workflow, space utilization, and equipment layouts to improve manufacturing efficiency.

Ensure product and process quality by establishing testing methods and standards.

Analyze production data and trends to support manufacturing decisions.

Coordinate maintenance and repair activities to keep equipment operational.

Prepare technical reports and documentation related to product and process improvements.

Provide guidance and support to technicians and production personnel.

Maintain engineering documentation and databases.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field, OR

Minimum 5 years of experience in a Manufacturing Engineer or similar role

Preferred Skills

Strong knowledge of manufacturing methods, tooling, and process development

Experience with CAD / CAD-CAM systems

Understanding of product development and manufacturing quality systems

Ability to analyze manufacturing workflows and improve efficiency

Strong technical communication and problem-solving skills

Experience presenting technical information to cross-functional teams
