Perform assembly, repair, and testing of medical devices
Follow detailed procedures and maintain accurate documentation
Ensure product quality, traceability, and compliance standards
Communicate effectively with team and management
Support continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing initiatives
Adhere strictly to safety, quality (QMS), and regulatory guidelines Requirements & Skills
High School Diploma required
Ability to follow written/verbal instructions
Basic computer/data entry skills
Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
Ability to handle small components and work with precision
Capable of working independently with minimal supervision Work Environment
Clean, controlled manufacturing setting (medical device production)
Strict PPE and dress code compliance required
Emphasis on cleanliness, safety, and contamination control
