Role: Operator

Job Summary:

Perform assembly, repair, and testing of medical devices like pacemakers and ICDs.

Work in a manufacturing environment under close supervision.

Follow standard procedures to ensure high-quality production.

Maintain accurate records and ensure product traceability.

Use basic computer systems for data entry and documentation.

Communicate effectively with team and supervisors.

Follow safety, quality, and cleanliness guidelines at all times.

Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Good attention to detail and ability to handle small components.

Basic computer knowledge.

Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently.
