The Program Review Specialist reviews individual support plans for clients to ensure all necessary training, in order to be compliant with the established plans, occurs efficiently and documented accurately into the electronic client record. This position will collaborate with the Case Management and Program Operations Management teams to ensure accuracy through the programming of the specific areas to be addressed. The Program Review Specialist is responsible for the procedural safeguards, supports and services that are authorized to be provided. Reports to Executive Director.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Review Annual Individual Support Plan (ISP) documents to identify any area to implement programing, other than typical services
Ensure all parties are notified of areas requiring special programming and said programming is loaded into the system where needed (ie TAR for exercise, order obtained from Dr, etc)
Coordinates with Case Manager to request changes to ISP if items cannot be provided or are not appropriate
Assists Operations Manager with ensuring proper training occurs for any items requiring training
Ensures proper documentation occurs for any items requiring additional tracking (ie new special diet so intake monitoring needs to occur for said client)
Ensures all corrective action plan items are addressed as per timelines
Demonstrates the ability to establish effective working relationships with project/program members
Audits documentation of billable services for accuracy, quality, and content
Provides feedback to Operations Manager related to compliance/quality issues
Completes projects and special assignments by establishing objectives; determining priorities; managing time; gaining cooperation of others; monitoring progress; problem solving and making adjustments to plans
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Associate’s degree with five years of administration, coordination or program experience required; or any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
