Overview

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support moderately complex Agile initiatives. This role involves driving delivery outcomes, managing risks and dependencies, and influencing stakeholders across teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, operate effectively in ambiguous environments, and proactively escalate risks to ensure successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate Scrum processes for cross-functional teams across moderately complex projects and initiatives

Guide teams in Agile and Scrum best practices, ensuring sprint readiness, prioritization, and commitment

Drive resolution of team impediments, cross-team dependencies, and delivery risks

Identify, assess, and escalate risks early with clear, actionable communication

Maintain transparency on scope, schedule, quality, and compliance impacts

Lead Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives)

Optimize team velocity and improve performance through backlog refinement and workflow visibility

Ensure adherence to SDLC, risk, security, and compliance requirements

Collaborate with Product Owners, technology partners, and leadership to meet delivery goals

Act as a trusted escalation partner, providing recommendations and driving decision-making

Promote accountability, challenge assumptions, and advocate for the team Must-Have Skills
