Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, hygiene, and meal preparation

Support clients in building independence, confidence, and life skills

Work closely with families and healthcare professionals to follow personalized care plans

Monitor and document client progress, reporting any changes when needed

Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive home environment

Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

Experience in caregiving, healthcare, or working with individuals with disabilities

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Compassionate, patient, and dependable

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

DSP certification or related healthcare credential

Experience with electronic health records (EHR systems)

Bilingual skills are a plus
