Salary: $100,000 - $118,000 DOE

Overview

Our firm is seeking an experienced Interim FP&A Consultant to support a client’s financial planning and analysis function during a period of transition. This individual will play a key role in ensuring continuity across planning, forecasting, and reporting activities while delivering timely financial insights to leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Modeling

Maintain and enhance financial and operating models, including budgeting and forecasting processes

Support recurring planning cycles, monthly close, and financial reporting to ensure accuracy and consistency

Identify financial risks and variances, providing proactive solutions

Reporting & KPI Management

Prepare and deliver financial reports, dashboards, and executive-level presentations

Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics

Provide visibility into business performance and trends

Analysis & Strategic Support

Analyze revenue, expenses, and profitability to identify trends, risks, and opportunities

Deliver ad hoc analysis and support special projects with actionable recommendations

Assist leadership in data-driven decision-making

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with business leaders to gather and validate financial and operational data

Collaborate across departments to ensure alignment and data integrity

Work with internal teams to support financial systems and reporting needs

Systems & Tools

Utilize platforms such as Salesforce and NetSuite to extract, analyze, and model financial data

Support ongoing improvements to financial systems, reporting tools, and data processes

Qualifications

5+ years of FP&A experience, preferably within SaaS or recurring revenue environments

Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and Microsoft Excel

Experience with Salesforce and NetSuite reporting and data extraction

Ability to quickly ramp up and operate independently in a fast-paced environment

Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience supporting executive leadership

Full-Time
