Schedule: Weekend days – 3x12-hour shifts (Saturday, Sunday, plus one weekday) 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM 36 hours per week

Highlights:

Float across multiple critical care units including Neuro ICU, Medical ICU, Surgical ICU, CVICU, and more

Work with a comprehensive team supported by respiratory therapy, pharmacy, rapid response teams, and full interdisciplinary services

EPIC charting system with 36 hours of orientation provided

Float policy ensures assignment to units of equivalent or lower acuity

2:1 patient ratios across all shifts

High-acuity environment including transplant services (kidney, liver, lung, heart)

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of ICU experience required

BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required

Proficiency with EPIC charting system

Demonstrated competency in IV starts, telemetry monitoring, and ventilator management

Valid RN license (compact or Ohio state license in hand at time of application)

Previous travel nursing experience strongly preferred

Education from an ACEN or CCNE accredited nursing program

Two professional references required (at least one from a manager/director or formal leadership role)
