to Hire Hybrid · New York, NY Role Overview Work directly with Front Office traders as part of a highly skilled Agile engineering team building globally used systems for the Delta One business.

This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role spanning analysis, coding, testing, and direct business user interaction.

You will contribute across the full product delivery lifecycle - from inception and design through development, release, and ongoing support - collaborating with stakeholders, architects, and engineers across global offices.

Develop full-stack solutions across UI and backend services using modern engineering practices.

Contribute to backend/API development in Java and Python, including service integration and automation use cases.

Strong backend experience with Core Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and relational/non-relational databases.

Hands-on Python development for backend services, scripting, automation, and data processing.

Experience in incident investigation, issue resolution, and performance testing and tuning.

Demonstrated delivery using Agile methodologies and modern DevOps toolchains.

Good business acumen with understanding of how IT systems influence business outcomes.
