Adecco Staffing is working with a manufacturing company in Nashua, NH to bring on Press Operators. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity with strong growth potential.
Position: Press Operator
Shift: 2nd Shift – 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Monday – Friday)
Pay: $22.00 – $27.00/hour (depending on experience)

Summary:
We are seeking experienced Press Operators to support high-speed manufacturing operations. This role plays a critical part in producing secure currency products, requiring strong attention to detail, quality, and adherence to strict procedures.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Set up, operate, and monitor printing press machinery
Load materials and ensure proper alignment and machine calibration
Inspect products during production to maintain quality and consistency
Identify defects and remove non-conforming materials
Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and support maintenance efforts
Maintain accurate production records and documentation
Follow all safety, quality, and security procedures
Support packaging and movement of finished products as needed
Work collaboratively with production and quality teams
Qualifications:
Previous press operating or machine operating experience required
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict procedures
Ability to read and follow work instructions and specifications
Basic computer and documentation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Team-oriented with strong communication skills
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for the duration of the shift
Ability to lift and move materials as needed
Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with moving equipment

Pay Details: $22.00 to $27.00 per hour
