What You'll Do:

Help plan and lead fun, engaging activities

Host group events like games, crafts, music, and exercise

Encourage and support resident participation

Create a welcoming, upbeat environment where everyone feels included

What We're Looking For:

Experience with seniors is a plus (but not required!)

A positive attitude and big heart

Strong communication and people skills

A team player who can also shine independently
