Pure Barre is the national leader in barre fitness with more than 600+ locations across North America. Our Anaheim Hills and Brea studios are growing, and we are looking for a strong, performance-driven General Manager to lead one or both locations.

This is not a traditional “run the desk” role. This is a leadership position focused on driving revenue, developing a high-performing team, and creating a consistent, elevated studio experience.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The General Manager will oversee performance, team development, and operational execution across two studios. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a boutique fitness environment and is motivated by building a strong team, improving systems, and driving measurable growth.

WHAT YOU’LL OWN

Team Leadership & Development

Train, coach, and develop Sales Associates and instructors

Set clear expectations and create accountability across the team

Build a positive, high-performance studio culture

Sales Performance & Growth

Drive membership growth through consistent sales execution

Monitor key performance metrics including bookings, shows, and conversions

Coach the team on proven sales processes and follow-up systems

Studio Operations & Execution

Ensure consistent daily operations and member experience

Identify gaps in execution and implement systems to improve performance

Maintain high standards across both studio locations

Marketing & Community Engagement (Oversight)

Oversee execution of marketing initiatives including email campaigns, events, and partnerships

Collaborate with internal support team on content and campaigns

Ensure marketing efforts translate into studio traffic and conversions

WHAT THIS ROLE IS NOT

Not a call-center sales role

Not a purely administrative or task-based position

Not a role where success is measured by hours worked

This role is about ownership, leadership, and results.

QUALIFICATIONS

2+ years of sales, fitness, or membership-based experience preferred

Previous management or leadership experience required

Strong ability to coach, develop, and lead a team

Confident in driving sales and holding others accountable

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize effectively

Strong communication skills (in person and written)

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Passion for fitness, community, and client experience

SCHEDULE

This is a full-time leadership role with a structured schedule, including a combination of weekday and weekend shifts.
