Skid Steer / Loader Operator

Job Description

Position Overview:

The Skid Steer / Loader Operator supports paving operations by moving materials, loading trucks, and assisting with site preparation.

Responsibilities:

• Operate skid steer or loader safely

• Load asphalt, aggregate, and spoils

• Assist with site grading and prep work

• Perform daily equipment checks

• Maintain clean and safe job sites

Qualifications:

• Skid steer or loader experience preferred

• Ability to work around heavy equipment

• Strong coordination and attention to safety

• Valid driver’s license preferred
