Salary $70,000 – $90,000 + Bonus + Benefits + Paid Relocation to Wisconsin

Responsibilities for you as the Process Engineer:

• Support process optimization and quality improvements

• Assist with product trials and supplier coordination

• Analyze production data and help resolve issues

• Work closely with operations and quality teams

• Contribute to safety and continuous improvement efforts.

Minimum qualifications for this Process Engineer:

• BS in Chemical Engineering, Paper Science, or related field

• At least an internship to 3 years of experience

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills

• Solid communication and teamwork abilities.
