Creed Medical is seeking dedicated and compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to join our team. In this important role, you will support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to enhance their quality of life and foster greater independence. Your daily responsibilities will include assisting with personal care, developing life skills, and encouraging community participation. Key Responsibilities

Assist with daily living activities such as grooming, meal preparation, and medication reminders.

Implement individualized care and support plans tailored to each client’s needs.

Encourage client participation in community, social, and recreational activities.

Maintain accurate records of client progress and any incidents or changes in condition.

Provide emotional support and foster positive relationships with clients and families.

Ensure a safe and supportive environment, adhering to all health and safety guidelines.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience in direct support services preferred.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for community outings.

CPR and First Aid certification preferred or must obtain after hire.

Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to improving others’ lives.
