Job Level: Senior Manager

Job Location: Hybrid/Onsite-Must be local to Columbus, OH/43805. (Up to 5 days a week in office.)

Travel Expectations: Up to 25% on average

In this role, you will:

Business Development

Lead business development, client account management, hunting and farming opportunities for Salesforce consulting services

Willingness to support 50% to 75% travel for client interaction, project checkpoints, marketing events, and networking

Advance Centric's relationship with Salesforce account executives and members of the Salesforce user community (e.g., Salesforce User Groups)

Be a Salesforce promoter and the driving force in helping us expand within Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and into other specific clouds such as Financial Services Cloud, Commerce Cloud.

Practice Management

Primary responsibility for achieving revenue and profitability targets

Work with Centric Salesforce practice leaders and department leadership on project staffing and resource management

Contribute to build-out of materials: case studies, marketing, and sales collateral

Complete required operational admin needed to support the role and the practice

Project Delivery

Maintain an average billable use of approximately 65%-75%

Provide high-level Salesforce solution architecture and recommendations

Work with our team of 15+ Salesforce architects, admins, and developers to solution projects, including managing onshore, remote teams

Work with clients to define scope and approach for Salesforce projects, overseeing all aspects of delivery, deliverables creation and direction of project resources

Who You Are:

Minimum of 7 years’ experience with Salesforce and experience defining Salesforce optimization strategies and best practices using the following Salesforce products (in order of preference): Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Salesforce Community, Salesforce Licensing model

Domain knowledge of Marketing and Sales teams and operations

Prior experience with marketing automation solutions or Marketing Cloud

Experienced in integration of Salesforce systems and analytics.

Credentials to influence CMO's and CIO's about Salesforce best practices

Management Consulting experience or industry background.

4-year college university degree

Salesforce Certifications; at least one of the following is required:

Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant
