Role Overview: Licensed Massage Therapist

As a Licensed Massage Therapist, you will deliver customized therapeutic massage services, support client wellness plans, and help create outstanding guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Perform customized therapeutic massage treatments based on client needs.

Build long-term client relationships through consistent, high-quality care.

Maintain clean, professional treatment rooms and spa common areas.

Support client wellness plans through routine visits and personalized treatment plans.

Uphold state regulations and Hand & Stone standards for all massage therapy services.

Requirements

Active Massage Therapy License (LMT) required in the state in which you’re applying..

Ability to maintain valid professional liability insurance.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Passion for therapeutic massage, wellness, and delivering exceptional client experiences.

Commitment to cleanliness, professionalism, and spa standards.
