Architectural Designer
Description:
1. Work under the direct supervision of the Licensed Architect and report to the Licensed Architect on a daily basis.
2. Create architectural designs for all phases of projects, including schematic design, design development, and construction documentation.
3. Compile architectural drawing sets for permitting process, including preparing specification sheets for accurate measurements.
4. Calculate cost, and prepare materials lists and construction schedules for project management.
5. Research technical drawing, technical manuals, local zoning rules, and building codes for the compliance of legal standards.
6. Coordinate with multidisciplinary consultants (including structural, mechanical, and electrical engineers) to produce architectural 3D digital models, architectural renderings, and animations for visual presentation.
7. Utilize Building Information Modeling (BIM) software and Computer-Aided Design (CAD) to produce high-precision technical drawings and documents.
