Hi-Collar / Five Spot Jazz is a Kissaten-style café by day and a live jazz lounge and bar by night, offering guests an authentic blend of New York/Japanese café culture. It is a fun and unique experience to work at a fast-paced friendly environment with free Jazz concerts every night!

We are currently seeking a Busser to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

Clean and reset tables promptly for incoming guests

Pour water for guests in a timely and courteous manner

Clear finished plates and utensils from tables efficiently

Assist servers in maintaining a clean and organized dining area

Ensure tables are properly stocked with necessary items (napkins, utensils, etc.)

Help maintain overall cleanliness of the restaurant, including floors and service stations

Compensation:

Training period: $17.00/hour

Post-Training: $11.35 + Tips

Requirements:

Business-level English proficiency (need for customers and staff communication)

Must have a valid SSN or work visa

At least 1 year experience in Customer Service at Fine Dining Restaurant (Preferred)
