Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Litigation Lateral Attorney to join our growing legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various litigation areas, specifically commercial and civil litigation, and be adept at handling corporate disputes. This role will focus on providing exceptional legal representation and advice to our clients while contributing to the firm's overall success.

Key Responsibilities

Represent clients in litigation proceedings, including trials, hearings, and mediations.

Draft and review legal documents, pleadings, and contracts related to litigation cases.

Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies and arguments.

Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and explain legal processes.

Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to develop case strategies and ensure the best outcomes for clients.

Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations to provide accurate legal advice.

Manage multiple cases simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.

Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience, with a focus on commercial and civil litigation.

Proven track record in handling corporate disputes and municipal litigation cases.

Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction and teamwork.
