Factory Facility Manager

We are looking for an experienced Factory Facility Manager to oversee the safe, reliable, and efficient operations of a leading factory in Jeddah.

Key Responsibilities: • Manage all systems (HVAC, MEP, fire protection, building systems) • Lead preventive & corrective maintenance activities • Supervise maintenance teams and ensure quality execution • Maintain asset records, logs, and technical documentation • Ensure compliance with EHS standards & MODON regulations • Coordinate contractors, permits, and site safety • Monitor utilities (electricity, water, air) and optimize usage • Support upgrades, projects, and technical improvements • Ensure emergency readiness and fire system compliance • Prepare performance reports and audit documentation Requirements: • Bachelor’s in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering • 5–10 years of experience in facility management (industrial preferred) • Strong knowledge of MEP systems, utilities & infrastructure • Experience in maintenance planning & contractor management • Strong leadership & communication skills • English required; Arabic preferred Please send your resume/CV
