Business Ops Analyst

Who you are:

You are or can be interested in just about anything. You believe everything is bett er with a process and can?t help yourself from coming up with bett er ways to do things. You fancy yourself a builder and love creating something from nothing. You have the skill set of a consultant, banker, or data analyst ? you like building fi nancial models, doing market/company diligence, or writing code in Python ? but you want to use those skills to build and operate companies. It's never taken you more than a few days to learn a new software tool, and you welcome the next app that can make your life more eff icient. You require no prodding to learn the next skill or master the next subject. While you may not like it, you're not afraid of failure. You're also not scared to receive or give feedback. Responsibilities

? Design, build, and implement tools and processes that optimize company operations

? Work closely with the executive team to manage and accomplish special projects throughout the organization

? Develop and implement training content

? Perform primary and secondary market research

? Train others on a range of important skill sets
