Job Description

Production Operator- Weekly Pay- Start ASAP

Location: Madison, SD

Pay: $20-$23/hour

Hours: Various Shifts Available

Join our dynamic team where you'll engage in tasks that are essential to the production process. This role involves cutting pre-made rolls into smaller sizes and requires a lot of loading and unloading of machines. It is a great starting point for those looking to advance their career in production.

Responsibilities:

Oversee machines to ensure the product is processed smoothly.

Load and unload products into machines in a labor-intensive capacity.

Visually inspect products to identify defects.

Split rolls of plastic, wrap them, and stack pallets.

Ensure machines are supplied with necessary materials for operation.

Essential Skills:

1 year of general production experience, preferably in labor-intensive roles.

6 months of machine operating experience.

Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs consistently.

Positive attitude and ability to work effectively towards deadlines and goals.

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
