CNC Machine Operator

Job Description

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in additive manufacturing technologies, is seeking a dedicated CNC Machine Operator to join their dynamic team. As a CNC Machine Operator, you will be an integral part of the manufacturing department supporting innovative production processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent manual dexterity, and a proactive attitude, which will enable you to thrive within this forward-thinking organization.

Job Title: CNC Machine Operator

Location: Rural Hall, NC

Pay Range: $31/hr

Shift: 7:30 am - 4:00 pm

What's the Job?

Operate and maintain additive manufacturing machines such as EOS M290, EOS M400-4, and Wire Arc Additive Manufacturing robotic welding equipment

Keep accurate records of manufacturing processes using SAP and other systems

Manage consumables and ensure proper inventory levels for manufacturing equipment

Perform cross-training in manual machining, including lathe and mill operations

Conduct hand finishing, inspection, and measurement of parts to ensure quality standards

What's Needed?

Minimum of 3 years vocational training with 4-8 years of relevant experience

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Strong attention to detail and adherence to procedures

Proficiency with computer systems and basic workshop tools

Knowledge of milling, turning, welding, and bench skills; valid driver’s license required
