Job Description*:

• Manage account level settings including security configuration, authentication controls (Google OAuth/SAML), and session timeout policies.

• Oversee the setup and configuration of SAML/SSO for user authentication.

• Create, edit, and delete users, and assign appropriate roles across account, destination, and connection scopes using RBAC.

• Implement least privilege access using standard and custom roles (Account Administrator, Destination Administrator, Connection roles, etc.).

• Create, configure, monitor, and maintain destinations and ensure correct integration with cloud data warehouses.

• Manage existing connections, including editing configurations, monitoring sync status, handling errors, and optimizing connector performance.

• Monitor pipeline health, usage metrics (MAR/MMR), sync performance, and proactively address issues.

• Review logs across destinations to ensure data is flowing correctly and diagnose sync failures.

• Manage billing information, monitor consumption, and use the usage estimator to predict monthly spend.

• Provide audit logs, access reports, and usage patterns to security/compliance teams as needed.

• Manage Hybrid Deployment Agents and networking configurations such as proxy agents or private networking.
