Job Description*:

Seeking for an experienced SSIS Developer to maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance existing SSIS packages in a production environment.

The role primarily involves production support — resolving ETL failures, optimizing package performance, and ensuring reliable data pipeline operations.

The candidate will implement minor enhancements, manage end-to-end ETL processes, and ensure consistent, error-free data loads. Strong T-SQL skills and hands-on SSIS experience are required.

#Technical Expertise:

• Hands-on experience designing, developing, and maintaining SSIS packages using the Project Deployment Model (SSISDB catalog)

• Proficiency in Control Flow components — Sequence Containers, For Each Loop, Execute SQL Task, Script Task, and Event Handlers

• Proficiency in Data Flow components — OLE DB Source/Destination, Lookup, Conditional Split, Merge Join, and Derived Column transformations

• Experience in T-SQL skills covering stored procedures, CTEs, window functions, and query optimization

• Experience with full load and incremental (delta) extraction strategies, SCD logic, and audit logging

• Ability to optimize package performance — buffer tuning, parallel execution, and data flow bottleneck resolution

• Experience with error handling, row-level redirection, and SQL Server Agent job scheduling.

Experience:

• 4+ years of hands-on SSIS development and production support

• Proven track record supporting ETL environments under SLA obligations.

• Experience troubleshooting and resolving production ETL failures with root cause analysis

• Experience implementing minor enhancements to existing SSIS pipelines
