Job Description
We are looking for a Project Manager for an industrial EPC construction organization in the United States. This role will lead onsite execution of large scale capital construction projects, supporting planning, construction, and close out while working closely with field leadership and executive leadership to deliver projects safely, on time, and on budget.
JOB LOGISTICS:
Shifts / Hours: Standard construction project hours based on site needs
Location: Anywhere in the United States
Travel: Relocation based; role relocates every 1.5–2 years per project
Work model: Onsite at project locations, first assignment is in Jeffersonville, IN, next project in TX
Tools/Tech: Project scheduling, cost tracking, subcontractor management systems
DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead onsite execution of industrial EPC construction projects
Manage project schedule, cost controls, and documentation
Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field crews
Support pre construction planning and project setup
Work directly with the Superintendent and/or CEO during project buildout
Monitor safety, quality, and regulatory compliance
Lead regular project reporting and progress meetings
REQUIREMENTS:
Experience as a Project Manager on EPC, industrial, or large construction projects
Strong schedule, cost, and subcontractor management skills
Experience working onsite with large construction teams
Willingness to relocate every 1.5–2 years for long term projects (Relo Package avail)
Plusses:
Experience in solar, energy, or industrial construction
Experience managing large labor forces and multiple subcontractors
Compensation: $110,000 to $150,000. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
