School Occupational Therapist - Cabot, Arkansas

Job Description Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required.

Provide specialized occupational therapy services for children aged 3 to 5 within a school setting based in the Cabot, AR area.

This contract position aligns with the new school year from September through June, serving multiple school locations in the Woodruff area, all within a 15-minute drive of each other.

Key Responsibilities:Deliver occupational therapy assessments and individualized interventions tailored to preschool-aged children.Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to integrate therapy goals into classroom activities.Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and reports in compliance with educational and therapeutic standards.Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to support comprehensive student development.Adapt therapy techniques to meet diverse student needs in a dynamic educational environment.

Preferred Qualifications:Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist with experience in school-based settings.Strong knowledge of early childhood development and pediatric occupational therapy practices.Ability to work onsite in multiple locations within close proximity.Effective communication skills for collaboration with families and school personnel.Flexibility to work 24 hours per week with potential for increased hours up to 40.

Location:This role is based in Cabot, Arkansas, supporting four school facilities located within a 15-minute drive of each other in the Woodruff area.
