Job Description Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Special Education, or Visual Impairments, active Teacher of the Visually Impaired certification and 1+ years Teacher of the Visually Impaired experience required.

A position is available for a Visually Impaired Teacher supporting an itinerant caseload across a school district in Spring, TX.

This contract role offers 32.5 hours per week with a thorough onboarding process designed to support your success in the role.

Responsibilities include providing specialized instruction and support to visually impaired students throughout multiple school sites.

You will work closely with students, families, and school staff to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and deliver tailored services that address students unique needs.

Desired qualifications and experience: Certification or licensure to teach students with visual impairments Experience working as an itinerant teacher serving multiple schools or locations Ability to manage a caseload independently and collaborate effectively with educational teams Strong communication and organizational skills This role offers a competitive hourly rate range of $44.31 to $52.14, based on itinerant and overall teaching experience.

Note that mileage reimbursement is not provided.
