SUMMARY:

Responsible for monitoring all products received and disbursed throughout the warehouse. Promptly loads truck and deliver supplies and equipment to various departments. Maintain accurate records and files. Coordinates deliveries and ensures signatures upon delivery.

KNOWLEDGE AND CERTIFICATION, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Knowledge and Certification

Required:

High school diploma or GED required

At least 21 years of age

A valid driver's license and a good driving record.

Licensed forklift truck operator Preferred:

Working knowledge of computer programs for entering data Skills

Required:

Excellent organizational skills

Great communication and interpersonal abilities

Solid understanding of health and safety regulations Abilities

Required:

Ability to read and write English, follow verbal instructions and use simple math. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintains requisition files to ensure receipts are accurately recorded

Loads trucks and deliveries supplies and equipment to various departments

Verifies vendor packing slips for accuracy.

Notes and reports all discrepancies

Records damaged products and notifies the Purchasing Department of the corrective action required

Coordinates deliveries and stocking of receipts with Supervisor

Informs Supervisor of any problems

Processes all incoming and outgoing shipments

Maintains a clean, neat and orderly work area. (Cleaning, sweeping floors, empty trash, etc.)

Exhibits a professional, helpful and courteous manner when dealing with customers and fellow employees

The team member is regularly exposed to risk of radiation (from computers), as a great deal of the workday is spent working on spreadsheets or inputting data into the computer system.

Office, gaming floor and convention center environment including flashing lights, frequent loud noises and cigarette smoke. Extensive computer use. Must handle hazardous materials. Must be flexible with work schedule. Must be willing to work any hours and/or shift, as assigned, according to business needs. Occasionally must deal with angry or hostile individuals. High volume direct public contact.
