Electrical Engineer Manager for Hydropower in Cebu upto 150k

Job Summary

Lead the design, operation, and maintenance of electrical systems for hydropower facilities, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient power generation.

Key Responsibilities

-Manage electrical engineering team and projects

-Oversee design, commissioning, and maintenance of generators, transformers, switchgear, and control systems

-Ensure system reliability, safety, and regulatory compliance

-Implement maintenance programs and troubleshoot issues

-Coordinate with cross-functional teams and contractors

-Manage budgets, schedules, and project delivery

Qualifications

-Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Master’s preferred)

-Licensed Electrical Engineer

-8+ years’ experience, with hydropower background

-Strong leadership and project management skills

-Knowledge of SCADA, protection systems, and grid integration
