Job Description
Our client in Medina, Ohio is seeking a professional and organized Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers. This role is responsible for answering phones and emails, greeting guests, assisting with work orders, and supporting general office operations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced office environment. Responsibilities:
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner
• Greet visitors and assist guests upon arrival
• Complete and process work orders accurately
• Perform general administrative and office support duties
• Maintain organized front office operations and documentation
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Previous receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and email
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy office environment
