Construction Site Manager

We are seeking an experienced Construction Site Manager to oversee day to day field operations for commercial, industrial, and office facility projects. The ideal candidate has strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage contractors, coordinate with architects/engineers, and maintain strict safety and quality standards—especially in active plant environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily construction activities, site logistics, and contractor performance

• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and plant operations to resolve field issues

• Ensure compliance with all safety requirements (OSHA, site specific protocols)

• Review construction drawings, specifications, and scopes of work

• Track progress, maintain schedules, and report on milestones

• Manage scope changes, cost impacts, and documentation

• Prepare and submit field reports, RFIs, and project updates

• Support bid reviews and organize client boilerplate documents when required

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial or industrial construction

• Strong understanding of construction drawings and technical documentation

• Experience working inside active industrial plants preferred

• Proficiency with MS Project, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office

• OSHA 30, TWIC, DISA, ISTC or similar certifications are a plus

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem solving skills
