Responsibilities

Troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance of plant equipment including, air compressors, assembly machines, press machines, welding equipment, and conveyors

Maintain and repair all forklift equipment as needed

Perform mechanical troubleshooting and repair on hydraulic and pneumatic systems

Maintain electrical systems, servos applications, PLC troubleshooting, basic controls, and VFD

May assist in building new improvement projects, welding special projects related to department

Overall plant preventative maintenance

Facilities capabilities including basic plumbing building maintenance, electrical, and HVAC

Also, to repair equipment, machines, and perform maintenance, including repairs or modifications tools and dies, using machine tools and hand tools.

Maintain lathes, CNC, milling machines, EDM, and surface grinders, to fabricate parts.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

HS Diploma or GED required

2-year certification or Technical schooling in Industrial Maintenance preferred

Ideally 5+ years experience in manufacturing environment with stamping or heavy industrial

Basic knowledge and understanding of tooling, presses, and machine shop equipment

Math skills required
