Location : Bangalore, Hyderabad - ( Hybrid )

Total Yrs. of Experience : 8 to 10 Years

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners to 30 Days

Job Description*:

• Maintain, configure, and support Flexera One including core modules and integrations.

• Perform Flexera One platform upgrades, patching, and version maintenance.

• Manage end to end operational activities within Flexera One.

• Ensure continuous data ingestion, normalization, and reconciliation.

• Maintain API/connector based integrations with enterprise tools.

2. Daily Operational Activities

• Security monitoring for privileged access usage.

• Monitor alerts and perform timely incident remediation.

• Daily platform health checks across Flexera One components.

• Monitor and manage agent health and deployment status.

• Respond to pending infrastructure changes impacting the platform.

3. Weekly Activities

• Participate in Change Approval (CAB) meetings.

• Review and action asset coverage gaps.

• Review PVT infrastructure changes related to the platform.

Monthly Activities

• Review and action vulnerability advisories.

• Support and manage antivirus and anti malware operations.

• Review status of failed OS/TPA security patching.

• Validate and update platform access rights.

• Review incident & change management processes for continuous improvement.

• Assess monthly platform updates and plan remediation actions.

5. Quarterly Activities

• Review storage and log retention policies.

• Review and update risk register items.

• Assess cloud infrastructure (VMware, AWS, Azure) connected to Flexera One.

• Review and renew security certificates.

• Strong experience in Flexera One administration.

• Hands-on experience with:

o Integrations (APIs, connectors, enterprise tools)

o Agent deployment & monitoring

o Platform performance tuning

o Data ingestion, normalization & reconciliation

• Experience in security monitoring, patching, and platform health management.

• Understanding of enterprise IT environments – VMware, AWS, Azure.

• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues across integrations and infrastructure.
