ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2001 and has big plans to continue growing. Our office location has been serving the community for more than 50 years (34 years before I even took over) so theres a long-standing history of trust and service here.
I started my career as a Claims Representative and spent five years in claims before becoming an agent. I come from a multi-generational State Farm family. My dad was a State Farm agent, one of my brothers is currently an agent, and my other brother retired from State Farm as a claims representative. Insurance and serving customers has truly been a family tradition.
I stay very involved in the community through various local organizations and activities. Being present and connected locally is important to me and to the success of the agency. For our team, we offer PTO, paid holidays, and licensing reimbursement. As a smaller office, we provide a more personal, flexible environment while maintaining strong professionalism.

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Nathan Burnett - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.QUALIFICATIONS:
Communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
Previous customer service experience preferred.
