Gus Nadelhoffer - State Farm Agency is hiring a Customer Relations Representative to help support a busy, positive, customer-focused office.
Location: In-office to start, with potential hybrid flexibility over time
This role is ideal for someone who is friendly, organized, confident on the phone, and good at multitasking. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, helping with service needs, directing calls, and supporting the team in a fast-paced office environment.
Insurance experience is a plus, but not required. We are open to training the right person and can support licensing.Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls and assist customers
Handle service requests, billing questions, and claims support
Route calls and opportunities to the right team member
Learn agency systems and help keep the office running smoothly
Deliver excellent customer service with professionalism and warmthQualifications
Strong communication and people skills
Organized and able to multitask
Positive attitude and team mentality
Comfortable learning new systems and technology
Insurance license or experience is a plus, but not requiredWhat We Offer
$45,000-$60,000 total compensation package depending on experience and fit
