Care Team Member

We are seeking compassionate, dependable, and motivated individuals to join our team as Direct Care Team Members in a youth group home setting. In this role, you will provide daily supervision, support, and guidance to youth in care while ensuring a safe, structured, and nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct supervision and ensure the safety and well-being of youth at all times

Implement daily routines, including meals, chores, hygiene, and recreational activities

Support youth in developing life skills, coping strategies, and positive behaviors

Model appropriate behavior and maintain professional boundaries

Document daily activities, incidents, and progress notes accurately and timely

De-escalate conflicts and utilize approved behavior management techniques

Transport youth to appointments, school, and community activities as needed

Maintain compliance with agency policies, procedures, and state regulations
