Salesforce Solutions Architect

We are looking for a Salesforce Solution Architect to work for our client. The ideal candidate aligns with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.

Our client is seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Salesforce solutions across the organization. This role is open to remote candidates, provided they are located within Ohio. The ideal candidate brings deep Salesforce platform expertise, strong architectural leadership, and the ability to integrate emerging AI tools into scalable Salesforce solutions.

Responsibilities

Design and lead scalable Salesforce architecture aligned with business objectives

Provide solution leadership across Salesforce platforms, including: Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Consumer Goods Cloud, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud

Serve as the technical authority for Salesforce configuration, customization, and integrations

Translate business requirements into well-architected Salesforce solutions

Define architecture standards, best practices, and governance models

Guide development and admin teams on Salesforce implementation and deployment

Design data models, security architecture, and automation strategies

Lead and support integrations between Salesforce and external systems

Evaluate and implement new Salesforce platform features and enhancements

Explore and integrate AI-enabled tools to enhance Salesforce functionality and business processes Qualifications

5+ years of Salesforce experience with demonstrated architectural responsibility

Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration, customization, and integrations

Experience designing solutions across multiple Salesforce clouds (Commerce Cloud, Consumer Goods Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Sales Cloud)

Strong understanding of Salesforce data models, security, automation, and integrations

Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Proven experience designing scalable, enterprise-level Salesforce solutions

Experience with AI tools such as Claude, AgentForce AI, or other AI-driven platforms a plus
