This role involves visiting apartment complexes and residential communities to introduce our services, build relationships, and generate new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities:

Travel to apartment complexes and residential properties to promote company services

Build and maintain relationships with property managers, maintenance supervisors, and homeowners

Educate clients on our water damage, mold remediation, and remodeling services

Generate leads and secure new service contracts

Follow up with potential clients to maintain strong business relationships

Represent the company in a professional and knowledgeable manner

Qualifications:

Strong communication and people skills

Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset

Ability to approach and engage with new clients confidently

Sales experience preferred (but not required)

Reliable transportation required
