LOA (# of days worked): Ongoing as needed

Work Schedule: 7 am - 7 pm, no call

Call Schedule: No Call

Inpatient or Outpatient: Inpatient Rehab, must have inpatient experience

Patient Volume: 24 Beds -17 PTs Per Day

Staffing Mix: Support Staff and MD

Requirements

Background Experience: 1-2 years' experience, must have seen 100 patients in the last 24 months

Certifications required: Yes, BC or BE

OR licensed preferred

Credentialing Requirements/Timeframe: 30-60 Days
