Backend Java Developer - Spring Boot & Microservices

Preferred Location: Sunnyvale, CA (Open to candidates from Bentonville, AR)

Experience: 6-8+ Years

We are seeking a highly skilled Backend Java Developer with strong expertise in building scalable and high-performance applications. The ideal candidate will have solid hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, Microservices, and relational databases.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain Java-based backend applications and microservices.

Build and optimize RESTful APIs for seamless system integration.

Work with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle) and ORM frameworks (Hibernate, JPA).

Collaborate with front-end developers, architects, and product teams to deliver scalable solutions.

Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Contribute to Agile/Scrum development processes and support production issue resolution. Required Skills & Qualifications:

6-8+ years of professional experience in Java development.

Strong expertise with Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices architecture.

Experience working with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle) and ORM frameworks (Hibernate, JPA).

Proficiency in object-oriented programming, design patterns, and best coding practices.

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plus.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
