Job Description:

What will you work on?

This position is mainly responsible for monitoring CSR and supply chain security audits for vendors in Vietnam, Indonesia, and Cambodia; managing customer audits and corrective action plans (CAP); conducting on-site/virtual audits and document reviews covering labor, safety, health, environment, security, sustainability, and IP control (as required).

How will you create impact?

Customer Audits: Manage start-to-end customer audit processes (exemptions, scheduling, CAP follow-up).

Pre-Audit Support: Conduct pre-audits and train vendors to mitigate high-risk issues.

Standard Monitoring: Track compliance with Industry Audit (ESCP, BSCI, SMETA, RBA) and Supply Chain Security (SCAN, GSV, C-TPAT) standards.

CAP Management and Vendor Training: Guide root-cause analysis, validate action effectiveness and delivery vendor training.

Internal Audits& Evaluation: Assess potential suppliers’ compliance via social/security surveys. Perform Vendor Survey for new vendors and subcontractors and routine CoC audits for core vendors; assess off-site warehouses upon request.

Reporting: Prepare monthly CoC Summaries/Highlight reports.

Program Support : support annual C-TPAT validation and Corporate ESG Energy efficiency data collection.

Documentation: Maintain audit databases, records on shared drives.

IP Support: Assist IP audits and CAP follow-up as required.

Required Skill Set

Risk Detection: Keen ability to identify issues in CoC/business documents, factory inspections and audits (vendor CSR and customer).

Non-Conformance Analysis: Evaluate severity of non-compliance during social audits.

Regulatory Application: Systemic understanding of relevant laws/regulations to support CAP development.

Audit Competence: Strong observation/analysis skills; independent, flexible and sensitive problem-solving for factory audits issues .

Critical Thinking: Use logic to assess solutions for CSR challenges.

Verbal Communication: Effectively convey information verbally.

Written Communication: Tailor written communication to audience needs.

Attention to Detail: Thoroughness and precision in task completion.

Time Management: Efficient scheduling during vendor surveys and factory audits

Interviewing Skills: Proficiency in interviewing workers and management for social/security audits.

Software Proficiency: Familiar with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Required Qualifications & Experience

Education: Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, Laws, Business Management, or Environmental studies.

Standards Knowledge: Proficient in SA8000, ESCP, BSCI, SMETA (Sedex), RBA, ISO45001, ISO19011, ISO9001, EMS & ISO14001.

Supply Chain Security: Familiar with C-TPAT, GSV, SCAN standards and requirements.

Audit Experience: 3+ years in social compliance, health/safety, environmental. C-TPAT audits in multinational trade companies is preferable; 3 years with Disney CoC & FAMA, Walmart, Target, Carrefour etc. customers audits.

Sustainability: Knowledge of Higg FEM, Energy efficiency, and ESG sustainability programs.

Regulatory Familiarity: VN Local labor, OHS, environmental laws; UN/ILO conventions, regional trade agreements, and common regional issues.

Language: Excellent English (written and verbal) with ability to draft accurate audit reports/email and with basic Chinese language communication is preferable.

Attributes: Good interpersonal/communication skills; self-motivated, independent, and adept at multitasking.

Travel: Willing to travel frequently in Vietnam and occasionally to Southeast Asia.
