8-Month Contract (With possible extension)

$35 Per Hour W2

This is an opportunity to join a fast-paced digital team and play a key role in delivering intuitive, scalable web experiences for a major customer-facing product. You will shape end-to-end user journeys, create production-ready assets and help elevate the overall digital experience.

The Role and Deliverables:

* Deliver end-to-end UX design for web journeys from wireframes through to high-fidelity, production-ready designs

* Produce clean and effective layouts with strong hierarchy, usability and visual clarity

* Create developer-ready assets, files and specifications with accuracy and consistency

* Apply UX and accessibility best practices including WCAG standards

* Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers and designers to refine and deliver solutions

* Work within an established design system to ensure consistency across experiences

Your Skills and Experience:

* Strong experience designing web experiences and producing web-ready assets

* Solid grounding in UX principles, interaction design and usability

* Excellent visual design capabilities with strong attention to layout, detail and clarity

* Ability to translate complex requirements into simple, user-friendly design solutions

* Confident communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional teams

* Proficiency in Figma, design systems and Adobe Photoshop

* Experience with motion design, After Effects, video or animation is beneficial

* Understanding of user testing or A/B testing

* Useful experience writing prompts for AI design tools such as ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, Google Gemini or Claude

* 3+ years of work experience with Figma (Software)
