We are seeking a Change Management Analyst to support the deliverables processing and approvals/rejections from the vendor and deliverables from all other vendors impacted to include quality of transfer, storage, and processing of associated deliverables using version control to/from the vendors, internal development teams, SMEs, and other contracted companies.
This position is responsible for maintaining databases, tracking logs, and project deliverable files, generating and/or posting recurring / ad-hoc status reports and providing responses and data to project inquiries from management and staff. This position assists and works closely with the Information Management and PMO teams, SME community, along with the vendors.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
• Support Design, Development and Implementation Project (s) within the Change Management dept.
• There are literally hundreds of deliverables, and this resource must know common IT verbiage such as design docs, test plans, and work plans. This is NOT an Admin role!
• Be able to process new requests for deliverables, design docs that come thru in a timely manner; these deliverables must be processed, logged in and pushed to SMEs & to PMs for next steps.
• Work directly with Vendors (that provide the modules/products) that make up Medicaid Enterprise System
• Along with the deliverables they will be responsible for processing requests/deliverables.
• Must be professional with strong analytical and people management skills.
• Collaborate with Project Team members, management, SMEs, and vendors to ensure alignment with key cross functional project request/deliverable activities.
• Align with the Project Management Office the change management work streams and related activities.
• Work closely with program/project management to ensure smooth transition and awareness of release prior to deployment.
• Complete change management requirements/tasks.
• Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities.
• Develops strong, credible relationships with all stakeholders.
• Serve as key central IT point of contact with Change Management team.
• Ensure project deliverable documents are stored and maintained in project folders. Act as the program librarian to ensure that all program/project documentation is filed and versioned correctly.
• Serve as a key resource for project reporting and coordination.
• Participate in all stages of the Project(s) Systems Development Life cycle.
Required / Desired Skills
• Considerable work-related experience in an IT environment. Required - 8 Years
• Considerable work-related knowledge and experience with Change and Release Management methodologies using version control. Required - 5 Years
• Considerable work-related knowledge and experience with the Systems Development Life Cycle. Required - 5 Years
• Experience with data entry and work order processing. Required - 5 Years
• Experience with tracking and reporting; controlling processes; and managing workflow. Required - 5 Years
• Must have excellent oral and written communication and customer service skills with internal and external customers. Required - 5 Years
• Experience in healthcare Required - 1 Years
