Litigation Attorney

Job Summary:

This position will primarily focus on real estate and eminent domain litigation for energy clients, but no prior experience in these areas is required.

Qualifications:

Two or more years of experience in litigation

Must be admitted to the practice of law in the state of Ohio

High level of attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines

Willingness to collaborate and work as part of a team

Experience drafting complaints, motions, discovery requests, settlement agreements, and other litigation-related documents

Strong work ethic and desire to grow as a valued member of a litigation team

Ability to develop creative solutions to complex problems

Emotional intelligence and humility
