Role: Java Spring boot with Container

Location: Pennington, NJ (F2F Interview)

Experience: Minimum 8 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of features in distributed systems.

• Own technical design, development, and deployment of scalable solutions.

• Actively contribute code and perform code reviews to ensure quality and performance.

• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and engineering teams to define and execute delivery plans.

• Manage and mentor onshore/offshore teams, ensuring alignment and accountability.

• Troubleshoot complex issues and drive resolution across environments.

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in distributed systems, backend development, or enterprise platforms.

• Strong hands-on coding skills in relevant languages (e.g., C#, Javal).

• Proven experience leading feature delivery and managing global teams. • Deep understanding of microservices, APIs, and cloud-native architectures.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Desired Qualifications

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Red Hat OpenShift and containerization.

• Strong knowledge in Data Engineering and ETL pipelines.

• Proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL and database performance tuning.

• Experience with Linux and Shell scripting.

• Familiarity with UI technologies, especially ReactJS.

• Exposure to Agile, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
