Position Details:Start Date: New School YearEnd Date: June 2027Schedule: 37.5 hours per weekPopulation Served: Kindergarten through 12th grade students Key Responsibilities:Provide physical therapy services to K-12 students to support their educational experienceCollaborate with educators, parents, and other related service providers to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)Assess students' physical abilities and needs, developing appropriate intervention plansMonitor progress and maintain accurate documentation in accordance with school and state policies Qualifications:Licensed Physical Therapist with experience or certification in school-based therapyStrong understanding of pediatric physical therapy and developmental conditions affecting school-aged childrenAbility to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary teamExcellent communication and organizational skills Location:Myrtle Creek, Oregona community-based school environment This contract position provides an opportunity to impact the lives of students within the school setting over a multi-year period.
