Day shift 6:00 am to 6:30 pm– – Pay rate $11.71

Night shift 6:00 pm to 6:30 am - = Pay rate $12.21

Basic Qualifications:

***6 months minimum of manufacturing/assembly experience.

---2 weeks of Training will first be needed which is 8 hours for 5 days/nights each week. Once the training is completed, the schedule will switch to 12 hour shifts- 2 nights/days on, 2 nights/days off, 2 nights/days on, 2 nights/days off

DAY SHIFT--- Pay Rate: $11.71---

Shift: 6AM- 6.30 PM--The employee will work a shift that is 2 Days On, 2 days Off (alternate two 12 hour days on and off) ---The manager likes candidates to report at 5:45am for their shift with an understanding they may have to stay until 7 pm to assist with clean-up.

NIGHT SHIFT ---Pay Rate: $12.21 - - -

Shift: Over night 6PM- 6.30 AM--The employee will work a shift that is 2 Days On, 2 days Off (alternate two 12 hour days on and off). -- The manager likes candidates to report at 5:45pm for their shift with an understanding they may have to stay until 7 am to assist with clean-up

--HS Diploma/GED is REQUIRED

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Learns the safety steps and operation of running an injection molding machine.

• Assembles liners on molds.

• Loads ancillary parts on the molds as per construction.

• Runs packing belt operations.

• Uses a trimmer, decal and pad printing machine.

• Learns to fold cartons, cases, bar coding, etc.

• Grinds boots, cuts up components from reject boots.

• Basic material handling, moving material from Point of Use Storage to work area.

• Performs assembly operations as needed (swift-taching, etc)

• Requires clean-up of work station on a daily basis.

• Must be able to perform all jobs at standard rate.

• Product inspection and recording.

• Product finishing and packaging.

• Fills vacancies, absentee positions and conducts training of new employees and retraining as required and directed by Supervisor.

• Other duties assigned by supervisor.

• Involvement in Tier meetings, 5S activities, safety audits, CI activities.
