What You’ll Do:
As a Grounds Technician, you’ll play a meaningful role in performing work related to general grounds maintenance and upkeep of our residential facilities.
Minimum Qualifications:
Requires 2-3 years of proven experience in the maintenance field or in a related area
Working knowledge of tools, materials, methods, and practices used in maintenance & occupational hazards and safety precautions
Skill in operation of power and manual tools & operation of light and heavy equipment
Must be able to lift, bend, push, pull up to 60 pounds
Valid Driver’s License and Insurable Driving Record
Preferred Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Knowledge of tools, materials, methods, and practices used in grounds maintenance
Understanding of occupational hazards and safety precautions
Skilled in operation of power and manual tools, along with light and heavy equipment
Licensure/Certification:
Valid Ohio Driver’s License with Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles and proof of auto insurance
